Every building at The Digs is purpose-built for independent student living — so you can settle in, feel at home, and focus on your degree. Each one has its own character, so you can pick the setup that suits you.
The Digs 1 – Flexible living, your way
The widest choice of rooms — shared, single with communal bathroom, single en-suite, or studio — with communal facilities on every floor. Be as social or as private as you like.
The Digs 2 – Postgrad pods
Nine co-living pods of six single rooms, sharing two bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Create your own digs with a small group – calm, private and built for focus.
The Digs 3 – Undergrad pods
Twelve brand-new co-living pods, each with six singles, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Built for undergrads who want a built-in community – somewhere to settle in, find your people and study well.
Digs on Dell – Independent living for post-grads
A house designed exclusively for post-grad and mature students, with 5 spacious bedrooms, a private studio apartment, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and garden – quiet, private and independent.
