The Digs offers students a quiet and studious environment, dedicated to Medical and Health Science students from all Universities.
All utilities ( water, electricity, fast uncapped fibre internet ) are included in the rental (subject to reasonable use!). High security with 24-hour security guard, access control, CCTV , electric fencing and a live-in house manager.
Students can also enjoy the braai and entertainment area, dedicated study area, dining areas, modern shared kitchens, bicycle storage and secure vehicle parking ( extra R350 per month) . Laundry services are also available on site as well and well as a dedicated shuttle-bus available to and from campus.
Rooms are fully equipped with beds, mattresses, desks, built-in cupboards and blinds.
The Digs is fully accredited by Stellenbosch University’s Health and Medical Science Faculty ( and also associated with other Universities).
You can choose a room type on the schedule and on the layout plans provided in the rooms section of our website. We have various room types to suit your budget and needs. All our rooms are private or twins (sharing with a roommate). Prices range from R57 000 per annum.
